This discussion is open to all staff members, tenants or general forum chit-chatters.

We as a rent team are looking to try and offer the best possible service to all of our customers, and because of this we are always open to suggestions and comments from you as to how we can do this.

We currently have a number of different ways in which NWHA Tenants can pay their rent (see list below), but we would like to know if there are any other methods of payments that you think would make things easier for tenants to pay their rent.

All suggestions are extremely welcome and who knows, if we get enough people giving support to a particular suggestion, we can have a look into possibly adding this to the list below.

Your rent can be paid in the following ways: -

- By Direct Debit – Weekly, fortnightly, four weekly or monthly. This is probably the easiest way to pay. We’ll send you a form, send it back and we’ll do the rest.

- With any rent payment card at any Post Office, ‘Paypoint’ or ‘Payzone’ outlet. You can request a payment card simply by calling us on 01492 572727 or 01248 370227.

- In person by cash or cheque at one of our offices – Plas Blodwel, Broad Street, Llandudno Junction, LL31 9HL or 30 Dean Street, Bangor, Gwynedd, LL57 1UR. Cheques should be made payable to ‘North Wales Housing Association Ltd’. Cheques can also be posted to either of these addresses.

- By Debit or Credit Card over the phone with a company called ‘Allpay’. You can contact them on 0870 243 6040 but to use this facility you must have a rent payment card, again please contact us if you want to request a card. We can now also take a Credit or Debit Card payment at our Plas Blodwel office too, just make sure you bring your payment card.

- Through our website www.nwha.org.uk . To use this facility you must have a payment card.

- By asking your local authority to send your Housing Benefit payments directly to us.

- If you have a Payment Card to pay your rent, you can now also pay at the following Woolworth stores:- BANGOR, LLANDUDNO, RHYL, COLWYN BAY, CAERNARFON, CONWY, ABERGELE
