urgent repairs

I have lived in a NWHA house for over 10 years and have had constant problems trying to get repairs done. From tiles falling off the roof, doors not closing (haven't sinced we moved in and still dont), hot water not being hot, taps leaking etc. But more recently our front door has come apart from the brick work, you can see outside without even opening the door through the cracks running around it.

Obviously this has been reported but we were told its not an urgent repair, so what does class as an urgent repair? I would of thought security was quite urgent.
