Contacting your Rents Team

Beginning from the 19th of May 2008 all calls made to 01492 572727 for the Rents Team will be answered directly by a member of the Rents Team, as opposed to the call being transferred by a Customer Services Advisor.
To contact the Rents Team simply call 01492 572727, as before, choose whether to hear the following options in Welsh or English then press OPTION 2 to speak to a member of the rents team. If all the phones are busy your call will automatically be directed to our Customer Services Team, who can take a message or try to help you with any general rent queries.
We have decided to change this in order to try and provide a better service to you as customers of NWHA.

Just a quick reminder, from Monday 19th June all rent calls will be answered directly by a member of the rents team. Remember to let us know what you think by voting on our exciting poll.
