Has anyone on here exchanged houses within the association before? Just wondering how smoothly the process went and how it worked for you on the moving day! Thanks.

I've just had a chat with one of the housing officers for you, as she was literally in the middle of organising some mutual exchanges this afternoon.

Hopefully she'll be along soon to let you know how it goes, and also get some feedback for you from the people exchanging.

NWHA will soon be looking to try and get properties available for exchange online, so you wont need to come to the office to check availability.

Hope that helps a bit in the mean time?

Hi Travis,

The best person to contact about Home Exchange is your Housing Officer, they can advise you of the process from start to finish.

Good luck with the possible exchange Smile

Make sure you let us know how you get on and keep everyone on here up to date on how the process is working for you.
